Having twins at Watford

Hi I'm having twins in a few weeks by csection at Watford hospital. Has anyone had any experience of this? I'm hoping my partner can stay overnight to help any wondered if this had been possible for anyone else?

When I was there they wouldn't allow my partner to stay overnight with on the postnatal ward, I had a 5 day stay due to us both getting an infection after birth, I hope they were nicer to you about this policy they have put in place
