Primary schools in Spalding

Hello everyone, we’re a group of local education enthusiasts hoping to open a new Spanish bilingual primary school in the heart of Spalding and we need your support to make it happen!

We will offer a rigorous education and a unique outlook, where lessons will be taught in both English and Spanish – supporting all levels of abilities. We will provide a small, caring environment where every child is supported to work hard, make friends and develop their skills. We will offer 60 new school places from September 2015: 30 in our Reception class and 30 in a mixed Year 1 & Y2 class. We will then grow year on year to become a full, one form entry primary school for local children aged 4 to 11.

If you have a child or children eligible to start Reception, Year 1 or Year 2 in September 2015 or September 2016 and would like to have our new all-ability, non-denominational, bilingual primary school as one of your options please register your support today.

Registering your support is not the same as applying for a place; it simply shows that you support the need for the school and would consider it for your child/children. It does not affect your options in relation to applying for any other school places.

To show your support please see one of our team in the local area. We’ll be out leafleting and chatting to you all about our proposals and what it’ll mean for your children every day (including Saturday) this week. You’ll usually find us around the marketplace. There are also information leaflets in a number of areas, if you’d like a list of locations to pick one up either reply to this post or ask on our Facebook page www.facebook.com/pages/Invicta-Bilingual-Academy/737727869634687

Thank you

Wow! That is going to be amazing - What a fantastic opportunity for the local kids! I studied Spanish at university and always wished I'd been able to learn it at a much earlier age. I will definitely be registering an interest. Can't believe we are going to get such a forward-thinking school on our doorstep - lucky us!!
