DD (14) has just missed her school's DofE bronze practice expedition because of tonsillitis. Does anyone know of any local groups she could join up with just for the practice? I'm guessing she wouldn't be able to join another school's group, but if there are home-edders doing it together or something, that would be ideal. Otherwise she will have to wait a year and do it with the current Y9s, which she is not at all keen on!
