How is Malden Road?
I want to buy a house but I am living abroad and I dont know the area.
I am planning to move in June with my 3 boys, 7, 5, 9 months.
My husband will stay here for 2 years more. We are in Dubai now.
I need a safe place, 30 min to Victoria, family friendly, nice mothers,....

Malden Road can get quite busy with traffic (cars and buses) and it would depend which end of it you'd be on regarding distance to the Cheam train station.
