I have 2 children with my ex husband, my eldest 14 lives with him and my 5 year old lives with me. He has dragged me through court to get access to my youngest child, he was warned off CAFCASS not to play mind games with the children and to be reasonable with me. I live with my new partner of 3 and a half years and my 2 other children. My 5 year old is having accidents day and night, is hitting, biting, kicking and nipping everyone and her attitude is something i have never heard from a child her age. My ex husband has also moved house since being at court and is refusing to tell me where it is. The solicitor I had while i was going through court has advised me to go back to court as i do not know where he is taking her and to also stop contact. Do I get a local solicitor and take him through my local court or go back to the court i was at previously. The judges would not listen to anything i had to say as i was being to objective to anything he said. Even though i was being resonable because I would not bow down to his demands I was in the wrong. He had not bothered with my youngest daughter from 1 year old till i got with my new partner a year and a half later. There is police evidence against him from when he found out about my new partner, but court did not want to know.
Myself and my current partner are stuck with what to do as we don't want to upset my daughter any more than she has already.
