How is Knutsford Estate in Watford?

I am interested to know about living in the Knutsford Estate in Watford.
May I know how long does it take to walk to the Watford Junction train station?
How do you find the Knutsford Primary School and Parkgate Primary School there?
Is there a large Asian communities there? If so, roughly how many percentage?
How is the area in general?

I don't live on the knutsford estate, but I do know that Knutsford primary is a good school, as is Parkgate. I think the general consensus is that Knutsford is slightly preferred. I don't know about he Asian population I'm afraid.
