About to relocate to Chester...

Hi all, I'm hoping for some advice on my impending move to chester! I have a 3 & a 4 year old also so need a school and also a nursery place. The house I've found is in great Boughton CH3 area so christleton primary is my closest...

Can anyone recommend a good nursery for my 3 yr old? And any other advice is greatly appreciated!! Many thanks in advance! :)

Stepping stones nursery in waverton 01244 332 270 (I hear very good things about it from friends who's little ones went there) christleton primary (and high school) have a great reputation! It's a lovely area, I hope you will be very happy!

Thank you very much :) I've heard lots of good things about christleton primary I'm just worried my son might not be able to get a place there as we are just into the new first term :-/ I will call stepping stones now! :-) thanks again

Just an update... Christleton as expected was full to capacity :( but I have found Waverton school that has a place left - does anyone know if this school is recommended I've checked the instead reports the last available and am happy with it though it is 2yrs old now... Thanks in advance! And it has a pre school for my 3 year old on site

A friend's child has recently left Waverton - they were very happy with the school, but have moved out of the area. Depending on how long you intend to stay in Chester, Christleton's secondary school is also very well-thought of.

Have everything crossed for you! We are also moving to chester area and have the same problems with school places although our son is Y6 so I need to find primary and secondary places, it's not easy! We've had to rule Christleton out for the same reasons.

Hi, I grew up in waverton and help with the local brownie group. We have girls from both christleton and waverton schools and both have equally good reputations as far as I know. Hope ur relocation goes well, I have a friend who lives in boughton and loves it
