Estate agents that accept DSS

Does anyone know any estate agents that accept housing benefit tenants. My landlord is selling, and no one will consider me because I receive HB. I have to be out by 31 Oct. I just want to cry

I'm in Dagenham at the minute 4, but I am looking at anywhere this side of Essex, Thurrock, Brentwood, Chelmsford, anywhere like that.

I'm in Chelmsford: impossible here, we were in the same situation last year... Your best bet are private adverts. Estate agents wouldn't touch us, although we were going off HB in a couple of months due to my husband's new job.
