Removals and builders - any recommendations?!

Hi all,

I'm hoping for recommendations. The first being the most urgent for obvious reasons ;)

We are about to move house - we had a terrible experience when we last moved - one that sticks even though it was ten years ago! We are only moving 1/4 mile, but need a good removals company to pack and move us.

Also, once we get there, we'll be looking into side return extension. Anyone had this done with builders they would recommend and who aren't too pricey? Doesn't have to be cheap as chips, but some seem to have very inflated costs for this extension particularly.
