Beautiful white with yellow golden ring found on Westferry Road

A few weeks ago I found a ring on Westferry Road, I'm looking for the owner.
It is a white golden (or sterling silver) with yellow golden ring with 5 stones in the middle and little stones around the spiral of the stones.
