Maths Tuition for Year 3 child

Hi, my dd1 has just started year 3 and has an ongoing struggle with all things mathematical. Just wondering if anyone has used private tutors/ Kumon etc and which seems best. Having problems with getting her to school already in the morning and its only week 3..... Thanks!
