Help! Cleaner needed for end of tenancy!

Hello! I'm looking for a cleaner on the morning of the 30th of September . We're moving out of our current flat ( 1 bedroom flat in montpelier) and due to me being 6 months pregnant and my partner having back problems cleaning may be an issue! The flat would be empty , we would just need things like the skirting boards, fireplaces etc dusted and the floors and windows cleaned. Can anyone do this or recommend someone who could?

If you rent through an agency, best asking them who they use. They are notoriously picky about cleaning and (as a landlord) we have been pulled up on dust on the top of doors, for example. We never use individual cleaners as the agencies know exactly what to do for end of tenancy and we have felt that the agency are already predisposed to accept that the flat is clean if it is a known party who has cleaned it.

Thanks for the advice, they're a private landlord and handily they've done an early inspection and given us a list of things that need to be cleaned
