I specialise in sleep problems from birth onwards and as a Sleep Consultant I will meet with you and your child in the comfort of your own home and give you some tried and tested, proven techniques to assist with establishing feeding and sleeping routines.
As each family and child is unique I will produce a bespoke plan to suit the whole family with the aim being to resolve issues in a gentle and effective way, leaving you with the tools and confidence to fully implement your personalised plan. I am also happy to stay overnight to assist in establishing the techniques and offer support to all families I work with via telephone calls and emails.
