How is the area?
I would like to buy a 3 bed house and my budget is 500000.
I am living in Dubai but I am planning to move in July with my 3 kids.
I want to buy the house in December.
The first 2 years I will be living without my DH.
I need a SAFE area.
Help, please.

What facilities are you after and what sort of community would appeal to you? I personally would recommend areas like south Croydon, Purley and Sanderstead

I think the areas are perfect. I have just seen google street views and They look nice villages.
I am looking for a safe village with community feel. I still have friends in London but They do not have children.
I need new friends with children for playdates.
A place with activities for the boys.

The areas I mentioned have lots of that. Playgroups on different days of the week, a softplay centre called Kidspace on Purley Way, the library has different activities at different times of the year and there are parks too. It'll be somewhere I think you can make friends easily :-)
