Help us test a new treatment for head lice

1 in 10 children have head lice at any one time. They are a completely normal part of childhood, but for parents, can be an incredibly frustrating condition to treat!

Our scientific research team at arctec (The Arthropod Control Product Test Centre at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine) wants to conduct research to see how well dimeticone treatments work against head lice. Also, some products on the market need you to leave the treatment in for 8 hours. We would like to find out if a shorter treatment time works just as well.

If your child is between the age of 2 and 11 years old, and if you suspect they have a head lice infestation, then he or she might be able to help us!
