whats swallownest area (S26) like?

Planning to buy a 4 bed house in swallownest .....confused!!! because i know nothing about that area.
-i have two kids so i would also like to know about swallownest primary school....(looks good on bbc primary league table)
-any views especially about jasmine gardens and haigh moor way in swallownest.

I am looking at this area too and have two children would like to find out more

Bia on of my friends lives on jasmine gardens. It's a nice estate but you sometimes get kids hanging round being noisy & causing trouble.
