Cleaner / Gardener recommendations - Didsbury

Just that really. We have now finally exchanged on a house in Didsbury, and will be moving from London shortly. Very excited.

If anyone can recommend a cleaner or a gardener, and / or give a guide on prices per hour, I'd be most grateful.
