I'm starting to investigate the idea of establishing a café/play space aimed specifically for 0-5 year olds and their carers. I have set up two Survey Monkey questionnaires in order to try and gauge the level of interest in such an establishment, and I would be extremely grateful for your views.
For one of the questionnaires, it would be particularly helpful if you live in the Tameside area, but the other one asks more general questions about eating out with your children.
