Does anyone know any good nearly new sales in the area?

How do people feel about nearly new ?

Not sure about secondhand?

My wife has pretty much sourced all our stuff from E-Bay or from NCT bring and buy sales and i have to say that it's all been awesome. On the one hand you feel less guilty about filling the house with junk that's actually been purchased elsewhere - especially if you freecycle again or give to a friend and then actually our son now prefers his second hand toys to the new ones - maybe it's the loved look or because they're generally more robust. Especially worth visiting are the NCT sales when they come around.

The Hampstead Women's Club hosts an annual Nearly New Sale for gently used children's items every mid May at the Unitarian Church on Rosslyn Hill in Hampstead. It's fantastic. I think secondhand is great - it just makes sense! Check their website when it gets close to May 2015. hwcinlondon.co.uk
