New to Eastbourne any good classes

We have just moved to Eastbourne from London and I'm completely new to the area. I was just hoping some people might have some recommendations to any good classes I can take my daughter to who is 12 months. I'm imagining some of them don't start until the schools go back but wondered if I need to get signed up to them now.

Welcome to Eastbourne! how are you finding it? where are you living?
As for classes, I'm slightly out of the baby zone now, but if you get yourself down to the library and grab a copy of the Grapevine or any of the other family magazines you will find lots of local classes and events listed there. The modern art gallery Towner has just started a messy play on Tuesday mornings for under fives. All Saints church in the centre has a good play/coffee morning on Thursdays. Also check out Community Wise in Old Town for toddler groups and family friendly classes.
