Mount Carmel Nursery, any opinions????

Hi all, after visiting many nurseries in islington and City, I settled on mount carmel off Holloway Road as the facilities are modern and great outdoor space and staff seemed to have a very caring and nurturing nature. I am settling my little one in and she seems to be really enjoying it. I am not feeling quite as keen as I was though as it seems to lack structure and appears a bit chaotic. Does anyone have any experience or knowledge of this nursery? Thanks

Hi there. Which room is your little one in? I agree it seems full of temp staff right now, maybe because of summer hols?

I am in the same situation than Bex808. I visited the nursery and I found it good for the same reasons. I decided to go for settling in sessions (in the baby room) which my daughter seemed to enjoy. After 3 sessions (Tue, Wed and Thurs) we were proposed to start the next Mon. Yet I was less enthusiastic after the sessions and they generated more questions and doubts than before. I really do not feel comfortable about brining my baby back there after 3 sessions only with unanswered questions and doubts.
Your feedback on your experience at this nursery (in particular the baby room) will be highly appreciated. I am going back to work in September. HELP!!

Hello! I know this thread has not been very active lately but I would be very grateful for any opinion. We visited and were impressed but seeing comments above I am not sure. What do you think of the nursery in the end? Thanks in advance!
