Kitchen interior designer/ project manager

Can anyone recommend someone to oversee a kitchen side return extension in Balham?
We've just got planning permission and really want to start asap before new baby arrives in the New Year.
Ideally someone who can source builders, help source fixtures and fittings and advise on layout as well as project manage the entire thing.
Any recommendations gratefully received!

We are using Clara Bee (google it and you'll find it) and have been really pleased. They are project managing, dealt with tendering for us, sourcing fittings etc and also offer interior design advice.
