Hello there

I am looking for a kids sport activities providers in Cambridge.
My son is 7 and has special needs so only small classes/or 1-2-1 can be suitable for him. Tried Sports Academy and Premier Sport but they only do standard classes.
Any ideas where else I can look?

Would sport include swimming? If so, try Elite Swim Academy. They do small group or 1:2:1 lessons and have a great reputation (albeit pricey).

Seals Swimming also do small groups of classes for swimming

Thank you. Yes, it is easier to find small classes for swimming. I was actually looking for ball games or gymnastics. My idea was that he may be able to join other kids playing in the future, though now need more individual approach. Sorry my question was not clear.

Places I know who do Gymnastics are The Little Gym as Chesterton Mill and Cambridge Gymnastics Academy at North Cambridge Academy. I have no idea if they could do small groups or 1:2:1 for you, but I guess you could explain your circumstances and ask. Good luck with finding something...

If he wants to try horse riding, one-to-one lessons are available at Sawston Riding School.

Leys school have 1:1 swimming lessons during the holidays and also organise other activities / events so they may have something. Their number is 01223 508986 if you want to give them a call.

Try cambridge Kung fu, they have some 1-2-1 funding for some sessions. I'm looking for clubs that work for wheelchair users so have done a fair bit of research, but got nowhere as ds is younger. Am therefore very interested in this.
