Hi there, I am looking for a shop to open up a cafe/tea shop with a creative area for children. It would also have a room for workshops hopefully and also have shelf space for local crafts, artists to display and sell their wares. It will hopefully be very family orientated and family friendly. Selling sandwiches, toasted paninis, home made cakes, salads, soup etc. I am looking at Chase Side EN2, near Holtwhites bakery. I have looked at Zoopla and it says the area is mainly married couples no children although I know there are 2 schools in the area. Help please. Thanks.

Format Sounds a bit like Baskervilles Teashop on Aldermans Hill in Palmers Green. I live walking distance away and I would go there. Lots of mum and baby and toddler group classes at St Micheal and All Angels so there's your market. Good Luck

GD48--
Sorry if this message is a repeat from mehaving some problems posting! But I think you're on to something! We are moving in the next month or two to the Chase Side area, and I would definitely go to your shop! I have a toddler and a second on the waywould be amazing to have a place like yours nearby! There are a bunch of schools/nurseries nearby--and a lot of kids/families. Don't trust Zoopla for everything!
