Hi everyone. I will soon be moving to Epsom with my family and my two older children attending St Martins C of E school. We are renting first, but looking to buy a house as soon as possible, ideally near the school and also within the catchment for Glyn. We have lived elsewhere in Surrey, but don't know Epsom that well. Looking for some local knowledge on best areas / roads / any watch outs etc to help us with our house search. Thanks!
