We are looking to share our lovely nanny Nelly for 3 days a week, although we are reasonably flexible. Our daughter Florence is nearly 16 months old and a very happy, content baby. Nelly has been with us since the beginning of April and she is so good with Florence as well as being totally trust worthy and reliable. I think it will be good for Florence now to have company and a play mate.
