Parkside Pool

What's going on with it? It's been closed twice in a row when we visited. One day over half term because it was too full (may have been more than one day) and then last weekend because of some sort of event.
And they don't do children's parties anymore and neither do Abbey Pool.

It got taken over by Better so maybe that accounts for them no longer doing parties. About twice a year there is a gala there so the pool is shut but there are usually signs up & it is on the website but that was before the takeover. My son went 3 times over half term & it was fine so maybe you were just unlucky then.
