To everyone who lives, works or is in education in TRAFFORD .
PLEASE HELP + SIGN THIS PETITION AND SHARE IT.
I live Altrincham/Timperley on an estate where there are lots of families with children. There is a road going through the middle of the estate that is used as a cut through for lots of traffic going to and from Partington and is the only road on and off the estate, there is also a child's play area very near this road and a primary school.
Cars drive very fast down here making crossing the road or trying to pull out of a side road a daily risk. Redrow Housing failed to put in ANY safe-crossings on the development and Trafford Council's highways official Andrew Hague's line is that because there hasn't been a fatality on this road, there is no reason for safe crossing points to be installed.
We are signing a petition and need minimum 3000 signatures to make ourselves heard. 15,000 and we take it to parliament!
