A good friend of mine moved recently to Redbridge.
She started attending a language course in there but the level was a little too high for her. Her money cannot be refunded, so she is looking for any free ESOL class in the borough. In the borough where I live there are a lot of courses for residents only (Children's centre, support for new immigrants etc) I've been wondering whether you can advice any place.
