Hello :) I'm hoping to start a Pembs PANDAs support group for anyone experiencing ante and postnatal illness. I'm looking to find people who would be interested in getting involved, either with helping to set it up or those who just want to come along to the group. The group will offer a place to come and share experiences in an informal, non judgemental environment. We may also be able to run sessions on yoga/meditation/relaxation techniques if people would like it.
