I just moved from Bucks to Penryn. Hubby got a new job at the Uni and I work from home 9 -5 but I can be flexible for meeting :). I just turned 30 and my DD is 3 almost 4 .

We moved here in April 2010. So in Cornish terms, very new .

I love living down here. The only downside is bring so far from our families, we had a tricky couple of years which the distance made really difficult but you can't have everything!

Dc1 was almost 9 (yr 5) when we moved and really struggled at first but she was saying only last week how she's so happy now and wouldn't want to go back up to Oxfordshire to live!

I was in North Bucks so not too far from Oxfordshire! I know what you mean about the families, it's been a nightmare with childcare and nobody to help us but overall it's been a very positive experience so far! (let see how I feel when the summer goes away hehe!)
