architect/builder recommendations

Hi - could anyone recommend a design/build company they've used for a house extension or refurb (or alternatively an architect that project managed it for them)? Really keen to get a recommendation if poss rather than choose someone at random and hope for the best....thanks.

Might be a bit late for you but if you are thinking of a new kitchen as part of your refurb I would recommend Puccini Kitchens. They design kitchens to suit your individual needs, always good when you are re jigging your property and need a bit of creative thought. They are pretty reasonable too.
