Best charity shops in Cambridge...

Hi
I have a little bit of birthday money to spend on some new clothes and I thought I would try and hit a few charity shops to see what they have. Trouble is I'm new to Cambridge and don't get into the city centre much. I'm heading into town tomorrow but I won't time to mull about. I need to act like a local and know where I'm going!

Where are the best ones for some nice clothes?
Any help very much appreciated!

Try the side street just by the Grafton Centre [Has Primark on it too].
There you have Oxfam, Cancer Research, RedCross, Mencap, RSPCA. I may have missed some!
Happy shopping...

It's been a while since I had the luxury to browse the charity shops, but Burleigh Street outside the Grafton Centre would be where I'd start, as there are several close together.

Hmmm, I find the ones on Burleigh Street expensive for what you find, its cheaper in Primark, although the Cancer Research charity shop is good. If you can, the Arthur Rank charity shop on St.Andrews Street is very good, there used to be one on Mill Road as well but it may have moved. If you ever get the chance, the ones in Ely have great finds in them. Enjoy. Would love a rummage myself- it's been an age since I had free hands to look! : )
