looking for a cleaner - Headington

Anyone got any recommendations and how much I might be looking at for a small 3 bed midterrace once a week? Never had one before but we desperately need one!

We use molly maid - franchise which is quite expensive but reliable and good cleaning. They never let us down and have insurance etc in case of breakages or whatever. We know people paying £25-50/wk for 3 beds, the cheaper end tending to be cash in hand to non uk nationals and the upper end for companies providing extras like windows, ironing etc. i
