Feedback on Sandcross School please

I realise Sandcross School in Reigate has had it's struggles and that it was then in special measures. I understand this to mean that it will have made significant improvements and I'm hoping to find that this means the school is all the better for it and would love to hear any feedback to (hopefully) support this. We have recently had to move away from a lovely primary school in the Redhill/Reigate area and are now equidistant of Dovers Green, which I know has recently undergone much improvement and has become quite a success story, Reigate Priory which I know to be heavily oversubscribed and as we are south of the town I am assuming we will be pushed in direction of Dovers Green and Sandcross and the only feedback on SC I can find is very disappointing and worries me, but is very old feedback so I would welcome some more positive feedback since it has undergone much improvement. My daughter is 2.5yrs so will be a consideration next year when DG will act as feeder to SC as I believe it still does. Many thanks in advance for any feedback

You're great, that's really helpful. Thank you! Yes according to the surrey cc site we are a fraction closer to Priory school (we are the edge of Meadvale). I am assuming though that as demand is high and we are only a very small distance further from DG that in selection process we would be deemed better suited to it to leave additional places at Priory for children living north of the town who I believe have less plan B options available. Although I am a novice and still learning and I realise a lot can change too. The addition of the school being relocated to it's permanent site in Merstham for example, possibly easing some of the pressure and demand etc. But I am really pleased to hear that DG is a lovely school. I've bed to the children's centre there since we have moved and was impressed with what I saw.

I hadn't stumbled on the more recent 'good' Ofsted report either. So I look forward to reading that. That's great news. So helpful, thank you!
