Archfield house nursery

Does anyone send their kids to Archfield House nursery in Cotham? Went and had a look around, staff seemed friendly and enthusiastic, and was impressed by large outdoor play area. Only thing that puts me of is the very large number of children (about 80). Concerned that there won't be a very personalised level of care. It would be great to hear of others' experience of this nursery.

Both of my children went to Archfield House, a little while ago now as my youngest left 3 years ago. They had very positive experiences of being there, I would definitely recommend it (and have done so to friends!)

The staff were fantastic - lovely and caring to the children, and always receptive and responsive to any requests or comments we had. One example is when I asked them to prevent my 20-month DD from having a daytime nap with the rest of the children in her room. Although it was quite an unusual request as she was rather young to be dropping naps, the nursery were happy to do that, and it is maybe a positive example of personalised care?

The outside space was brilliant, it was well thought out and used daily, and as our children grew beyond the baby stage we really appreciated that space being "on site".

In all honesty I can't comment on how it is since it has expanded, but I would be really surprised if the atmosphere and ethos have changed dramatically.
