Hi there,
Hope it's ok to post this here. NCT and the NHS are currently working on a breastfeeding peer support project that will be rolled out across the Princess Royal, Southern General and Paisley RAH. Trained breastfeeding peer supporters - basically mums who have Bfed their own children for three months who have been fully trained - will volunteer on the wards and in the community to provide support to new mums.
We really, really would like to recruit some mums who speak Urdu and Punjabi to provide breastfeeding peer support - there is a lot of need.
Can anyone help? Please PM me if so!
