It's gone a bit quiet on this site for meet ups. The Local Ambassador for the Mumsnet Cambridgeshire site has set up this Facebook page which is really friendly & there's always someone meeting & plans being made

We've tried to do a few day time get togethers and they've fallen through at the last minute but it would be really nice to get something regular going.
