Antenatal care - private or NHS - around Wimbledon?

I'm an old (!) mum-to-be and expecting twins. We've had a tough time getting here and there is a history of premature labour in my family. We live near Wimbledon so think our NHS maternity options are St George's, St Helier, Kingston or possibly Chelsea & Westminster. Anybody have experience of these for a 'complicated pregnancy'? I expect we'll have consultant led care - can anyone recommend a consultant?
If necessary, we'll consider going private. Would be great to hear any experience of the private sector.

Hi, Steph2014 you might like to ask this question on Mumsnet Merton too, as most Wimbledon, Morden, Mitcham, Raynes Park, New Malden and Colliers Wood-based Mumsnetters will have had their babies in one of the above-mentioned hospitals.
