Bikram/hot yoga in St Albans

Can anyone recommend a good place for a novice to do hot yoga in St Albans?

I really liked feel hot yoga, when I had time to go - I was a novice to both yoga and hot yoga, and found them welcoming and great with instructions.

Thanks a lot for the recommendation. That's where I was thinking of going so good to hear they know what they're doing.
