Ickleton

We are considering the village Ickleton. Is anyone from there? Or know it well? Just wondered if there's much happening there really for our two little ones.
Any thoughts good or bad would be really appreciated!

Did your move to Ickleton progress? We are considering moving there too but a bit concerned about the local primary school Duxford (requires improvement according to Ofsted). Did you look into the primary school at all? Any informal things you've heard would be much appreciated about local primary school, local nurseries/childcare etc would be much appreciated! (I'm due to have my first baby in October if that helps!)
