Hoping to develop some new skills for your CV, try something new or change career direction? Why not find out more about becoming a Home-Visiting Volunteer for Home-Start Newark. Full training and support is given and the commitment (after training) is 2-3 hours, once a week, for a year or more.
You will work directly with a local family, offering befriending and support through home visiting.
After a year, we can provide you with a meaningful job reference. You will also have the opportunity to accredit your training with OCN.
