Non Church primary schools

Hi,
Is there anywhere we can go to find a list of primary schools which are non church schools? We are looking to move into the Godalming area but happy to look further afield or in a smaller village location.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Surrey CC publish a list of all schools in the application booklet and its online directory so you can identify which are religious aided .

Thanks Lizs, I'll just go through the names and hopefully it will be very obvious :)

you can search by sector - usually they are voluntary aided schools.

I am new in town in godalming and have nursery age kids. We will look at busbridge infants and also moss lane - I hear good things about both. Beyond infants I guess non church would be godalminh junior school? I don't have much specific feedback on the latter but I am seeing some local friends tomorrow who have lived here longer and I will ask them. Village schools I don't know about though.

If you do move here and you ever want to meet up with another new in towner, just pm me!

I just want to do a quick thread hijack to say, LIZS, I see your name on so many surrey threads, including some of my own, and you are always so helpful! Please note I am not a weird stalker.

Not a stalker huh Gocowlike? ;)

Please do let me know what your local friends say, and yes, will definitely be up for a newbie meetup!

Im a Godalming mummy - another non church option is Loseley Fields Primary School. It has gone through a period of change over the last few years. Previously it was on many parents' no go list but i know lots of parents who chose it for both juniors and infants this year. The other option is Godalming Juniors.
