I have recently moved to Catford with my 6-year old. It seems to be the only area left in London with affordable houses! My son was offered a place at Forster Park Primary School and started 2 weeks ago, although it was not on our list of preferred schools and it is not the closest to where we live (we are between Catford and Hither Green by Mountfield Park). I'd have loved him to go to Brindishe Green or Rushey Green... Forster Park is being refurbished and achievements are on the up but I'm still very undecided about this school. They don't seem to have any parents association and there's no community feel at all. Does anybody have children at Forster Park? Any feedback about this school would be great. Thanks
