Ideas for a North Staffs meet up?

Hi all,

I'm hoping to organise a meet up for June for us North Staffordshire mumsnetters and was wondering what sort of demand there is in terms of weekday, weekend, adults only, child friendly etc..

Anyone want to throw some ideas around with me?

The cafe at the Madeley Centre is lovely and the cafe at Bridgemere has soft play but both might be a bit too far away. What do you think?

My children are older now, one at junior & one at secondary school. I work weekends but often have a day off in the week.

I haven't been to the cafe at the Madeley centre and always like trying new cake places.

Bridgemere is lovely but I agree possibly too far.

I could do Mondays or Fridays (would have DD with me).

picture mine would be at school too, are you going to come along? Have you got any suggestions of where we could go?

Hoping we can pick some more people up over the next week. Any objections to meeting a 12 on the 23rd June at the cafe at the Madeley Centre? Have some cake or lunch or whatever looks good at the time!
