Can't help with the pamper recommendations, but we did a "Red Carpet & Aftershow" party for DD at a similar age, which might work instead??
It was basically a trip to the cinema, for DD & 6 of her friends, which they all dressed up for, accompanied by DH dressed as their "minder"
Back here for the after show party - with me dressed as waitress - we just cleared the living room, put covers over the furniture of sparkly fabric - set up a table with a sparkly cover, served drinks in plastic wine glasses & a mocktail menu - which was various smoothies over ice which I had stashed in the fridge
Pinned a big square of net cloth with a split in the middle tied up with ribbon, this was filled with balloons, sequins, streamers etc, which we let loose after the cake was cut & they just went mad playing with those - which was funny as they were all do grown up until faced with balloons & piles of tissue streamers & they all reverted to 5 yr olds again
Nibbles, such as mini sandwiches & pizza slices etc & a chocolate fountain with fruit for food & schloer served in plastic champagne glasses
