Nanny vs Nursery for 5 month old

Hi,
I'm new to MN and to Norwich. Also a first time parent!! Looking at starting work wen my little boy would be 5 months. Not sure if to keep a nanny(are they easy to get in Norwich) or nursery for 3 days(while at work).would be working long hours so looking for a flexible option.
Any advice would be much appreciated. Plus any recommendations regarding places to look for nanny?? Gumtree? Childcare??

Hiya, many share.com is good to look at and a more affordable option rather than having a nanny all to yourself.
