My father died about 18 months ago and my son in law and daughter were made executors. Up to now there has been no activity on my dads estate as the executors really don't know what to do. I don't my daughter and son in law don't communicate with me and nobody will give me any information as I am next of kin and not the executor. Apart from paying a small fortune to discuss this with na solicitor I really don't know if there is anyting I can do. Has anybody been in this situation and been able to close the issue. I am not benefiting from the will I just want the whole thing to be put to rest so that I can get on wth my life and not having people like my dads bank etc contacting me as I am the only name and
adress on file. Take Care

I'm sorry about your father, and don't have any advice, other than it's probably better to post this question under Legal Matters on the main talk boards, as there should be someone there who can help you..
