Hi, we are planning to move from central London to somewhere in Bexley. We're not sure about Erith, Welling, etc because they have a bad rep. We are looking for somewhere with green, decent primary schools, feeling of community, safe for teens (when the kids grow up)...We have a budget of about 305K and are hoping for a 4 bed or a 3-bed with potential to expand. Wondering if any local mums could give me their insight to these 3 areas??? Are there any no-go areas?
