Something that came up in our recent networking workshop was how much time we all spent connected to our digital devices so we were never ever 'off the clock'. One suggestion that someone made in jest was that we embark on a 5:2 diet for digital devices - spend two evenings a week completely off the grid.
I'm not sure whether I'll be able to do this, but I'm willing to give it a try and will report back here - I'd love it if any of you feel like joining in.
So from 6pm-6am on Friday and Saturday nights I will be completely uncontactable by any means other than phone or randomly turning up on my doorstep (please don't do that - it would seriously freak me out!).
What do you think? Are you game?
